Rizal Ismail has over 20 years of experience in corporate advisory, private equity and asset management companies in Malaysia and Indonesia. His experience covers both traditional and shariah/ethical mandates and he has worked on both sides of the business -retail and institutional. Prior to establishing Riyal Consulting, Rizal was heavily engaged in the mergers & acquisiton, restructuring and rehabilitating of companies as well as investment portolios. Rizal holds a Masters Degree in Aviaton Management from Open University of Malaysia, PhD in Economics and MBA from Greenwich University , Bachelors in Business Administration (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a certfied financial planner (CFP) registered with FPAM. Currently, Rizal is the chairman of SPE Foundation. He is also with Maybank Asset Management and MIDF Asset Management as market representative (MR).

Ir Ts Zamzuri a Malaysian is the Managing Director and shareholder of Mecip (M) Sdn Bhd. He obtained his Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from University Technology Mara (UiTM) in 2003. Ir Ts Zamzuri has a career spanning over 20 years covering engineering, management including 10 years running engineering business.

Graduated in Economics Accounting from the University of Malaya in 1975, Master of Science in Industrial
Administration from the Aston Business School in Birmingham in 1977, Pursued and completed a Professional Diploma in Accounting at University of Malaya in 1979, Awarded a fellowship by the Bank of Tokyo to Pursue a Diploma in International Taxation at the Harvard Law School in 1979 and was awarded a diploma in 1980. Awarded a fellowship by the Commenwealth University Association in 1988 to pursue a PhD program at University College London , the University of London and was awarded a degree in 1990.
Started as a tutor in Accounting at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, appointed as lecturer in 1979, Head of Department in 1981, Deputy Dean in 1984 and Dean of the Business School at UKM in 1986 to 1988. He was appointed aa a Professor in Taxation and Accounting in 1994.
He spent his first sabbatical leave as General Manager of Compuform Sdn Bhd and as Consultant at Brunei Shell Petroleum in Seria. In 1983 – 1984. He was appointed Vice President of Abrar International Group of Companies between 1994 – 1996. He was President of Telekom Advanced System in Silicon Valley, California in 1997, President of Eletel Corporation in 1998, President of Facit Group of Company, Sweden in 1999. He retired from UKM in the year 2000 and have been teaching part time at UKM, UTM, UM, UTAR, UNITAR, UNIRAZAK, MEDIU , UNISEL, MUST, CUCSM and BINARY University until now as retirement hobby.

Aimi carries over 28 years of business, corporate finance and hands-on operational experience. An accountant by profession, he started his career in Arthur Andersen & Co. as an auditor and business advisor where he was involved in mapping out strategies & implementing business processes for various sectors of corporates, including manufacturing, financial & investment, property & development, construction and oil & gas based companies. He later gained further expertise in the corporate world at CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, the largest investment bank in Malaysia, where he was integral to some of the largest transactions involving financial restructuring, business reengineering, take overs, reverse take-overs, acquisitions and corporate financing.

Hazem has over 16 years’ experience in senior management positions leading and turning around private and public companies in various sectors including Automotive, Power, Real Estate and Telecommunication. He also has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry from his initial career as equity analyst with Deutsche Bank and Credit Lyonnias Security Asia a well as his role as financial advisor in Aminvestment Bank.
His experience in leading companies coupled with a strong financial and sectoral analytical background are the key elements for his successes in delivering results for the companies he steered before. Presently, he is the Executive Chairman of Prinsip Pedoman Sdn Bhd (PPSB), his owned boutique advisory firm, where his role is to provide financial and corporate advisory to a multitude of companies in various sectors.
Hazem graduated Cum Laude majoring in Management – Banking & Finance from the Case Western Reverse University, Cleveland, Ohio.
