He retired from UKM in the year 2000 and have been teaching part time at UKM, UTM, UM, UTAR, UNITAR, UNIRAZAK, MEDIU , UNISEL, MUST, CUCSM and BINARY University until now as retirement hobby.
Aimi carries over 28 years of business, corporate finance and hands-on operational experience. An accountant by profession, he started his career in Arthur Andersen & Co. as an auditor and business advisor where he was involved in mapping out strategies & implementing business processes for various sectors of corporates, including manufacturing, financial & investment, property & development, construction and oil & gas based companies. He later gained further expertise in the corporate world at CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, the largest investment bank in Malaysia, where he was integral to some of the largest transactions involving financial restructuring, business reengineering, take overs, reverse take-overs, acquisitions and corporate financing.
Hazem has over 16 years’ experience in senior management positions leading and turning around private and public companies in various sectors including Automotive, Power, Real Estate and Telecommunication. He also has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry from his initial career as equity analyst with Deutsche Bank and Credit Lyonnias Security Asia a well as his role as financial advisor in Aminvestment Bank.
His experience in leading companies coupled with a strong financial and sectoral analytical background are the key elements for his successes in delivering results for the companies he steered before. Whilst in GTM, he was involved in rendering professional service for private and multinational corporations as well as public listed companies covering the manufacturing, semi-con, education and agriculture industries. In 2018, he joined a medium size audit firm; Hasnan & Co and focused around financial management, financial compliance, projection and corporate reconstruction, liquidation and strata management.

Luqman has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources specialising in HR Management, HR Strategic, Culture and Transformation, Process improvement, data visualization, analytics and digital transformation from his initial career with Dyson, Flextronics, Ranhill and ResMed.
He also has over 8 years’ experience as Site Leader Management roles where leading and turning around private and goverment related companies in various sectors including Medical, Automotive, Power and Utilities.

Adam has more than eight years of experience in management consulting, specialising in payments strategy, process improvement, data visualization, analytics and digital transformation. Throughout his consulting career, he has delivered strategic projects for UK banks; HSBC, TSB, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, Revolut, Royal Bank of Scotland, Cooperative Bank and Cardnet (acquirer). He was also involved with Digital Transformation Strategy Projects for UK supermarkets (Asda and Morrison) and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Project for HSBC Bank.

Azizul Aznan has more than 10 years of experience in agriculture and aquaculture especially in big scale tiger prawn farming land freshwater ˜sh farming. Prior to Riyal Consulting, he was the Managing Director, Co-Founder of Symbient Corporation Sdn Bhd focusing on importing and supplying frozen Halal Buffalo meat from India and frozen Halal mutton from New Zealand and Australia. He was actively involved in the trading of crude ˜sh oil (rich in Omega3) from 2018 to 2020 where he was a Director at Muscat Ventures Sdn Bhd, a franchise for the Museum of Illusion of Croatia. Presently , he is the company Chairman at La Habana Sdn Bhd, which is involved in cigar retail services which has distribution network throughout the country.
Feisal has 30 years of experience in advertising, broadcasting, business development project management, corporate communications, green energy, grassroots politics and community activism across a variety of industries, organizations, platforms and media. He holds a BSc (Business Administration) from United States International University (San Diego, California).
Feisal is active in community organizations, including the Dyslexia Association of Sarawak, the Scouts Association of Malaysia (Terengganu) and community animal welfare initiatives. consulting, project management, supply chain management and special project

Alena Zakaria is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in
managing conferences and corporate training events across the APAC and
Middle East regions, spanning a wide range of industries, including healthcare,
oil and gas, smart cities development, finance, 4IR, and manufacturing. Alena
also has expertise in corporate communications and project management, with
a focus on digital literacy projects for rural communities. She has managed
community empowerment projects for the B40 demographic alongside NGOs
in Malaysia since 2021. Currently, Alena serves as the COO of The Tiger Nuts
Group, an agritech start-up, and is the co-founder of L&M Networks, a boutiques
event management and consultancy company. Alena pursued her studies at
Kent University, United Kingdom, majoring in Biosciences.
